Char Dham Yatra Open Date 19 Sep 2021
The Uttarakhand government has announced that the Char Dham Yatra and temples will be opened from 18 September 2021 with some strict COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines. Everyone is expected to follow the COVID guidelines while visiting the shrines.
Only a limited number of people (tourists/pilgrims) will be allowed in each shrine. The government said that only three people would be allowed into the sanctum sanctorum of the temples at a time.
